4. User Accounts and Eligibility

4.1 Account Registration and Verification

Mprediction is available to both registered and anonymous users. You may browse the Platform and access publicly available content without creating an account. Certain features—including but not limited to purchasing or selling codes, managing a profile, participating in community interactions, making payments, or leaving reviews—require you to create a user account ("Account") with accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by our registration form. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete.

Where Account-restricted features are used, we reserve the right to verify your identity and may require additional documentation or information to confirm your identity, age, or eligibility. Failure to provide requested verification may result in limitation, suspension, or termination of Account-restricted access.

4.2 Eligibility Requirements

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online real-money gaming is prohibited
• You have not been previously suspended or banned from using the Service
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Service

4.3 Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any other authentication information. You agree to:

• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or use of your Account
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date Account information
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your Account
• Use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available
• Not share your Account credentials with any third party

We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Sharing fraudulent, fake, or misleading booking codes
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfering with the proper functioning of our platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Sharing personal information of other users without consent
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Using automated systems to access our platform without permission

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Fees

We may charge fees for certain services, including but not limited to:

• Transaction fees for code purchases
• Listing fees for code vendors
• Processing fees for payment transactions

6.2 Refunds

Refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:

• If a booking code loses due to more than one game being cut
• Technical issues preventing code access
• Fraudulent or misrepresented codes

All refund requests are subject to our review and approval. Approved refunds for registered users will be credited to the user's in-app wallet and can be used for future transactions or withdrawn subject to applicable withdrawal policies.

For anonymous users, approved refunds will be transferred to the bank account details provided at the time of purchase. A transfer fee will apply and will be deducted from the refund amount. If the provided account details are missing, invalid, or fail verification, processing may be delayed until valid details are supplied.

6.3 Withdrawals and Maintenance Fee

Withdrawal transactions incur a small platform maintenance fee that helps cover secure payment processing, infrastructure, and customer support. This fee applies only to withdrawals and is a surcharge calculated on the payment provider's fee (not on your withdrawal amount).

• Tipsters (sellers): 3% of the payment provider's fee, added as a surcharge.
• Non‑tipsters (buyers): 5% of the payment provider's fee, added as a surcharge.

Example: If you withdraw 5,000 and the payment provider's fee is 50, then a non‑tipster surcharge is 5% × 50 = 2.5, so the total withdrawal fee shown is 50 + 2.5 = 52.5. For tipsters, the surcharge would be 3% × 50 = 1.5.

We will always display the applicable fees clearly before you confirm a withdrawal.

7. Intellectual Property

The Mprediction platform, including its design, functionality, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

By sharing content on our platform, you grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote your content in connection with our services.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or success of any booking codes
• The availability or reliability of our platform
• The results of any wagering activities
• The accuracy of user-generated content

Wagering involves risk, and you should only stake what you can afford to lose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mprediction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.

11. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Mandatory Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, or the relationship between you and the Company shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

The arbitration shall be conducted in Delaware, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

11.2 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and the Company individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against the Company.

11.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Delaware.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and successors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of the Service or violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service
• Your violation of any regulated gaming or wagering laws in your jurisdiction

This indemnification obligation will survive termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.

13. Modifications and Amendments

The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email to registered users at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of such changes.

Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Service immediately.

The Company may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice or liability.

14. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Company.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.

No modification, amendment, or waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
